Director, IT

The IT Director is a hands‑on technology leader responsible for designing, implementing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity framework. This role leads the internal IT team, oversees the managed service provider and ensures secure, reliable and compliant technology operations across the organization. The IT Director serves as the technical authority for CMMC, NIST 800-171 and CUI compliance, manages network, cloud and on‑prem environments and leads cybersecurity risk management and incident response. The role also supports mergers and acquisitions through IT due diligence and system integration while aligning technology strategy with business growth and operational needs.
