Role Summary
As a Luxury Watch Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through inbound and outbound client communication, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Sell luxury watches to clients via phone, text, email, and in-person appointments
Build and maintain relationships with repeat buyers, collectors, and VIP clients
Manage leads and client follow-ups in a CRM system
Provide accurate product knowledge (references, conditions, pricing, warranties, etc.)
Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure a seamless buying experience
Client Experience
Deliver a high-end concierge experience from inquiry to delivery
Handle client questions with professionalism and urgency
Maintain high standards for communication, trust, and responsiveness
Order Support
Coordinate with operations/logistics team for shipping, insurance, and delivery updates
Assist with post-sale needs (sizing, warranty questions, service follow-ups)
Business Development
Source and generate new leads through outreach and networking
Support sales events, content opportunities, and client activations
Identify trends in demand, pricing, and inventory needs
Requirements
1–3+ years of sales experience (luxury retail, jewelry, watches, automotive, or high-ticket sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident on the phone + excellent follow-up discipline
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Basic knowledge of luxury watches is a plus (Rolex, AP, Patek, Cartier, Omega, etc.)
Preferred Skills
CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience selling via WhatsApp, Instagram, and ecommerce channels
Passion for watches, collectors, and the luxury industry
