Project Coordinator (Hillside)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to collaborate with Product Teams and external partners in developing and implementing production schedules designed to reach milestone and fiscal targets. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product information within internal systems and supporting the upkeep of production data. As a member of the WizKids Performance & Production team, this role will help establish and maintain production plans to ensure key milestones are achieved on time. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player and problem solver who is eager to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities :

Proactively manage production schedules that meet or exceed key milestone targets. Effectively communicate with internal and external partners, including our factory and supplier teams. Collaborate with Producers to audit specs, quotes, milestones, and production support systems such as Airtable, Dropbox, and Teamwork. Maintain alignment across teams with up-to-date data, clear timelines, and transparent tracking. Identify milestones at risk, escalate as needed, and keep attention focused on production issues for resolution. Learn company production processes to effectively support product development and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, production management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience managing projects or events with an interest in learning more about project management. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail. Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and foster strong relationships across teams and external partners. Comfortable working with, and learning, programs like Teamwork, Dropbox, Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, Bombiix, Adobe programs, and other systems. Experience in, or willingness to learn, print production or manufacturing processes.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year.
