Health Law Attorney Positions

Our growing Phoenix-based plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a driven, experienced Trial Attorney who thrives on managing cases from inception (pre-lit) and has the skills and passion to take that case to trial. You will handle a diverse docket, including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and wrongful death, ensuring maximum value for our clients through thorough preparation and aggressive advocacy. *Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims including premises, motor vehicle collisions, and product liability cases. * Conduct thorough legal research. * Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and client correspondence. * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and *active member of the Arizona state bar*. * Proven experience handling personal injury law cases from inception through resolution. * Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, legal research platforms like Westlaw and LexisNexis, and legal drafting techniques. * Excellent advocacy attitude with strong writing capacity * Exceptional research skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced legal environment.
