Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Full-Time

Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $59.00 per hour (Travel Blend)

Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete

Requirements

Active RN license (Compact license preferred)

Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required

Current BLS certification

Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Excellent organizational and critical thinking abilities

Proficiency with clinical documentation

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage individualized patient care plans

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Facilitate discharge planning and patient education

Advocate for appropriate resource utilization and optimal patient outcomes
