The Opportunity

You will handle complex business and commercial disputes from start to finish, including: Managing all phases of sophisticated litigation matters Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials Appearing in court for hearings, conferences, and oral arguments Taking and defending depositions Managing discovery strategy and execution Assisting with trials, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations Advising clients and contributing to litigation strategy Mentoring junior associates and support staff Participating in business development and client meetings

This is a front-line litigation role, not a back-office support position.
