* Providing in-home PTA treatments as directed by the supervising PT (no guesswork, no being left alone). * Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to keep things moving forward. * Educating patients and caregivers on exercises that actually carry over into daily life. * Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR that won't steal your evenings.

What We're Looking For:
