Maintenance Supervisor - St. Johns, Michigan 6pm-6am (2-2-3 schedule) $80,000 - $100,000 + bonus

We’re hiring a hands-on

Maintenance Supervisor

to lead equipment reliability and maintenance operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for planning and assigning all maintenance work — from daily PMs to annual rebuilds — while partnering with Production to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

You’ll coach and develop Maintenance Technicians, strengthen preventative maintenance programs, manage SAP work orders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on zero losses, safety, and food quality. You’ll also oversee facility upgrades, troubleshoot plant issues, and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.

What we’re looking for: ✔ 4+ years of maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred) ✔ Leadership experience supervising technical teams ✔ Strong TPM / continuous improvement mindset ✔ Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems ✔ Commitment to safety and operational excellence
