Requirements

* Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

* NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant

* Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice

* Current BLS/CPR Certification

* Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
