Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 3) to support the Interior Responsibilities Center (IRC) onsite in Everett, Washington. Position Responsibilities:Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets dataProvides feedback on assessment resultsWorks with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansWorks under general directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)3+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement3+ years of experience in data analysis3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Lean Six Sigma Certification3+ years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace or fabrication3+ years of experience with Boeing Production System (BPS)1+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops (e.g., BPSM /AIW / 3P / Kaizen / VSM, Process Mapping, AIW, DK)Conflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Shift:This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
