Your Role

Hustle for New Business: Research and discover new leads using digital tools and market insights Make those cold calls, send emails, and drop by for in-person visits to connect with potential clients Be a road warrior, covering clients and projects in the NorCal region and support the entire state Deliver engaging sales pitches of our proprietary offerings that turn prospects into clients Keep track of leads and follow-ups using our CRM tools

Build Strong Relationships: Nurture long-term connections with new and existing clients Show off your product knowledge with hands-on demos that meet client needs Provide stellar customer service and technical expertise to keep clients happy Collaborate with the wider HYTORC team to support key accounts — we’re big on team mentality here

What We're Looking For: Based in Northern California, or ready to relocate A go-getter with a solid background in industrial sales or similar fields (think energy, oil & gas or transportation) Strong networking and relationship-building skills—you're a people person A results-driven mindset, ready to hit and exceed sales goals Excellent organization and time management skills, you’re in charge of your schedule Willingness to travel across the NorCal region—expect to spend a good chunk of your day on the road!
