Overview We are seeking an experienced Golf Sponsorship Sales professional with 7–10 years of proven success in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or sports marketing. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value sponsorship opportunities across golf-related assets, including PGA Tour players, events and hospitality programs. The ideal candidate brings deep industry relationships, strong commercial instincts, and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute customized sponsorship strategies and packages to hit revenue benchmarks • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate sponsors • Manage the sales cycle including; lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution • Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors to drive renewals and upsells • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful sponsor delivery • Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and sponsorship proposals for senior-level decision makers • Track pipeline activity and forecast revenue accurately • Stay current on golf industry trends, sponsorship valuation, and competitive offerings • Represent the organization at tournaments, industry events, and client meetings

Qualifications & Experience • 7–10 years of experience in sports sponsorship sales with a deep understanding of the PGA Tour • Demonstrated ability to close six- and seven-figure sponsorship deals • Strong existing network within golf, sports, media, or corporate marketing • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Experience working with brands, agencies, and C-suite stakeholders • Comfortable with travel and event-based work schedules • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field preferred
