Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leave contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting. This role will involve delivering comprehensive therapy to support students' functional development and success in the educational environment. Location: Hayward, WI Schedule: 32 hours per week, onsite Duration: Contract position from ASAP through April 6th Student Population: Kindergarten through 12th grade Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs Implement therapeutic interventions to improve students' motor, sensory, and functional skills Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Document and report student performance and therapy outcomes in compliance with established guidelines Participate in meetings and provide recommendations related to accommodations and adaptive equipment Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist license with experience in school-based settings Knowledge of pediatric OT principles and K-12 student developmental needs Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed clinical documentation Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to the specific needs of the school environment This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to apply specialized skills in a dynamic educational setting to support student growth and inclusion.
