Director of Resident Care Services- LPN

The Williamsport Home is seeking an LPN to fill a Director of Resident Care Services position in our Personal Care Home facility.

This individual will assist the Personal Care Home Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the program by responding to staff inquiries, addressing scheduling concerns, and providing support to residents and their families as needed.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Possession of a current State Practical Nurse License. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a long term care setting Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to follow oral and written direction Ability to sit for the Personal Care Home Administrator Course.
