Job Summary
12 Pharma LLC is a USP
2023-compliant sterile compounding pharmacy and licensed mail-order facility located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. We operate as a closed-door, patient-dedicated pharmacy — no retail foot traffic, no walk-in customers, no drive-through window. Our facility leverages cutting-edge technology in compounding, automated filling, and customer order processing to deliver precision sterile preparations across multiple states.
We are hiring 2 Pharmacists-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our pharmacy operations and support our rapidly growing multi-state footprint. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee daily sterile compounding operations, ensure compliance with USP
