****Job Description****The primary role of this position is to review, analyze, and optimize network-related processes, ensuring they align and support the strategic goals of the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, including Network Operations, Engineering, IT, and Customer Support, to streamline network operations, improve performance, and reduce operational costs.
This role demands a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of telecommunications network infrastructure, and the ability to translate complex technical processes into actionable improvements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that process changes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously refined.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Process Analysis: Evaluate existing network processes, workflows, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies. * Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making. * Process Documentation: Document network processes and operational standards, creating detailed process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). * Benchmarking: Research and benchmark network processes against industry standards and competitors to identify best practices. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with NTG, ISG, CXM, and other departments to gather insights, assess needs, and ensure cross-functional alignment on process improvements. * Project Management:Lead or contribute to process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives within scope and budget. * Continuous Improvement:Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, efficiency, and reliability. Monitor post-implementation success through KPIs and metrics. * Technology & Tools: Recommend and implement technological solutions (automation, AI-driven analytics, etc.) to optimize network processes and reduce manual interventions. * Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that process improvements comply with regulatory requirements, including local telecommunications laws, cybersecurity, and data protection policies. * Training & Support: Train staff on new processes and tools to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing success. Provide continuous support and feedback loops for process refinement. * Reporting & Presentations: Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. **HIRING REQUIREMENTS:*** Education: Bachelorโs degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, or network experience within a telecommunications company or related industry. * Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, including wireless, broadband, fiber optics, and core infrastructure. Proficiency in Lean and Agile methodologies. * Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
* Tools & Software: Proficiency in process modeling tools, project management software, and telecommunications-specific
