How You’ll Make an Impact

Build and nurture executive-level relationships with a strategic data center customer

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive account strategy

Drive growth by aligning customer needs with Hitachi Energy’s innovative solutions

Coordinate cross‑functional teams across five business units

Act as the central point of contact for all customer interactions and escalations

Represent customer interests internally while supporting business unit goals

Mentor and guide internal teams to ensure alignment and success

Lead strategic negotiations and manage complex projects

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred

12+ years of experience in account management

5+ years working with data center clients, ideally hyperscale

Proven success in matrixed, cross‑functional environments

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States

Role will be based in San Francisco, CA area

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

50% travel
