Compensation? Starting Wages at $23.90-$31.90 per hour Wage Calculation is based on experience, shift, a $3.40/hr Michigan Direct Care Incentive, and a $3/hr weekend warrior program. Flexible Pay Options: Get paid daily, weekly, or bi-weekly through OnShift Wallet.
