Member Services RepresentativeThe Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.ExpectationsGreet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the clubCheck in all members and guests in accordance with company proceduresFacilitate any messages on club software at member check-inAnswer phones in courteous, helpful, professional mannerCommunicate special events to members and guestsMaintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcomeFacilitate all member requests or forward to a managerAlways maintain professional dispositionSell retail productsSchedule member services: tanning, hydro-massage, etc.Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company proceduresKnow club facility, services, and schedulesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist in all projects as delegated by club managementFollow all policies and procedures in the Team Member HandbookRequirementsObtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR CertificationExperience working with childrenCertifications, as local/state laws requirePhysical RequirementsLift 10 lbs. on occasionStand, bend and squat with frequencyClimb and hang decorations when neededCompensation: $14.00 per hourCRUNCH Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that are passionate about health and fitness to join our team.Looking to combine work, fitness and fun?
