Schedule: Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Sunday: As needed (based on project requirements) Pay & Benefits:

Are you an experienced Healthcare Provider looking to use your skills in a proactive, prevention-focused environment—outside the stressors of EMS, ED, or hospital systems? As an on-site Occupational Health Technician at Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and healthy workforce on active construction sites. You'll provide injury triage, medical support, regulatory testing, and wellness guidance while collaborating with site safety leadership and project management. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Triage and treat occupational and minor non-occupational injuries Provide follow-up care based on evidence-based medical protocols Support workers' compensation and risk management processes Clinic & Documentation Document all patient encounters in EMR Maintain a clean, fully stocked clinic Communicate effectively with MMC leadership and local providers Safety Collaboration Partner daily with the site safety team Lead "Stretch and Flex" programs and conduct site walks Identify workplace health risks and promote employee wellness initiatives Onboarding & Compliance Conduct new hire drug screens and orientation Perform substance abuse and occupational health testing Attend weekly team meetings to review cases and site updates Customer Relations Deliver excellent service to employees and site leadership Build trust and foster a positive work environment Physical Requirements

This role requires strength, dexterity, and endurance to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments: Standing/Walking:

Frequently to continuously on varied surfaces, indoors and outdoors; must be able to run when necessary Lifting/Carrying:

Frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally 100+ lbs (patients, equipment) Bending/Stooping/Crouching/Kneeling:

Frequently at various angles; may be prolonged Climbing:

Frequently, including stairs and vehicle entry/exit Reaching/Pushing/Pulling/Handling:

Frequently to continuously, including equipment operation Hazards:
