These full-time roles offer

fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks , providing consistency, stability, and true work–life balance. Available Shifts Day Shift (3×12) Three consecutive 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift (3×12) Three consecutive 12-hour shifts 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits Starting at $42/hr

What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in

crisis and inpatient behavioral health units Support individuals through detoxification and crisis stabilization Complete risk assessments and develop individualized care plans Assist with discharge planning and coordination of community resources Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment Accurately document care and interventions in the EMR Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams

What We’re Looking For Active

Arizona RN license

or compact state license (required) BLS certification

(required) Experience in

crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health

(required) Ability to work

fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedules Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills Open to

experienced RNs and passionate new graduates
