Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas Works indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity

Must be able to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred Previous experience in hospitality or tourism related role on the Hawaiian Islands preferred Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred

Full Time - Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
