We are seeking a Techno-Functional Product Analyst with strong financial management expertise and experience with Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design and delivery of digital financial and audit solutions. This role serves as the product and functional lead for Power Platform applications supporting reconciliation, accounting controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting, owning the roadmap, backlog, and functional architecture.
The ideal candidate combines accounting and audit knowledge with product ownership and techno-functional leadership, guiding cross-functional teams in delivering scalable Model-Driven App and workflow solutions in regulated environments.
Serve as product owner and financial domain lead for Power Platform reconciliation, accounting, and audit solutions.
Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to financial objectives, controls, and audit requirements.
Translate accounting policies and reconciliation processes into Dataverse data models, workflows, and solution capabilities.
Establish standardized financial workflows, control points, security roles, and audit traceability across applications.
Guide Model-Driven App architecture, Power Automate orchestration, and integration with ERP/authoritative financial systems.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and release validation.
Engage finance and audit stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and measure value (e.g., reconciliation cycle time, audit issue closure).
Drive continuous improvement in financial capabilities aligned with stakeholder needs and audit findings.
Minimum of FIVE (5) years in financial management, audit, or financial systems delivery.
Bachelor’s degree
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform knowledge (Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate).
Deep understanding of reconciliation, accounting controls, and audit processes.
Power Platform financial/audit solution experience.
Federal financial management or regulated environment experience.
ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Agile/Scrum product ownership experience.
PL-200/PL-400, CPA, CISA, CGFM, or similar certification.
