50% office / 50% field Cold calling, appointment setting, and self-generated pipeline Client meetings, drop-ins, and in-person selling Ongoing training, role plays, and weekly 1:1s Sales cycle:

4–12 months Monday–Friday schedule Must be comfortable with rejection Strong base salary with commission (OTE $180K) Incredible benefits Job Requirements 2–5 years
