Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Bridgeport, CT, offering an opportunity to work with the preschool population in a school setting. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through June 11th, 2026, providing a consistent schedule with five days per week. Qualifications:

* Valid CT Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License * Experience or certification as SLP, SLP - CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year), SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred * Strong understanding of speech-language development in preschool-aged children * Ability to collaborate with educational professionals and families to support student growth

Responsibilities:

* Conduct speech and language evaluations for preschool students * Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication goals * Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly * Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and state regulations * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective communication strategies
