Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at Lawrence Law, located in Watchung, NJ. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for managing client cases, drafting motions, handling legal documents, attending depositions, and representing clients in family law matters. Responsibilities also include advising on legal issues, conducting thorough legal research, and collaborating with clients to achieve their desired outcomes. The attorney will work closely with a dedicated legal team to ensure high-quality service and advocacy for clients.

Qualifications Strong knowledge and practical experience in Family Law and handling various legal issues Proficiency in drafting and managing Motions and other legal documents Experience in conducting Depositions and thorough legal research Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in New Jersey Prior experience in family law is strongly preferred
