POSITION SUMMARY: Element Vacation Homes is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on leader to manage andoptimize day-to-day operations, with direct oversight of property management,housekeeping, and maintenance. With over 400 bedrooms and growing across threeexclusive resort communities in Central Florida, Element is a multi-million dollaroperation requiring a dynamic, experienced, and organized leader with anentrepreneurial mindset to ensure operational excellence and drive continued growth.This position wears many hats including:>
Operational Leadership
โ Oversee all operational aspects of the company, includingproperty management, maintenance, and housekeeping - ensuring consistenthigh-quality service delivery>
Strategic Planning
โ Collaborate with the Managing Director/ Visionary to developand execute long-term business projects that drive growth and consistency ensuringprogress everyday>
Team Management
โ Lead, mentor, recruit and develop entire team, buildingamazing culture, fostering a positive and productive work environment>
Process Improvement
โ Identify and implement processes to increase efficiency,reduce costs, and enhance the guest experience>
Stakeholder Satisfaction
โ Ensure extraordinary experiences for all parties includinghomeowners, guests, team members and vendors>
Property Care
โ Oversee property upkeep including renovations, coordinate repairs,maintaining property aesthetics at all times>
Compliance & Safety
โ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations andcompany policies, including government mandates, safety protocols and emergencyprocedures>

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct day-to-day operations ensuring effective coordination across all departments
Complete ownership of overall condition of properties* Fair warning: our standards are pretty high
Recruit, train, grow and support a diverse team
Coordinate VIP, owner, and media bookings to ensure exceptional experiences
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of properties including theming and renovationproject management
Develop statistical models and analyze trends to improve organizational efficiency
Documenting processes to further develop and improve our Playbook of standardoperating procedures
Ensure accurate reporting and logging of relevant information
Manage workforce coverage to support operational needs
Achieve or exceed established business and financial objectives
Participate in after-hours MOD duties and attend required meetings
Address emergencies and guest issues promptly and effectively
Actively respond to and manage online feedback and reviews
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably within the hospitality or property management industry
Experience in implementing or working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework preferred
Proven track record of building high-performing teams with an in-depth understanding of marketing, reservations, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and owner relations
Broad financial literacy including budget development & interpretation, basic accounting procedures, and cash flow management

Exceptional interpersonal skills โ vital for establishing genuine connections and trust with guests, owners, and team members
Capable of operating autonomously under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and excelling in a fast-moving environment with urgency
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary:
OTE (On Track earnings) of $100,000 - $120,000 (salary + incentive structure based on performance) Benefits:
