Director of Program Management

to join their high‑performance team in

Newark, NY . This is a high‑impact leadership role overseeing Program Management operations while supporting top customers across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and other high‑reliability sectors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s in Communications, Business, or Finance preferred 10+ years of progressive EMS experience

with a proven record leading complex programs Minimum

3 years of supervisory/leadership

experience Strong understanding of program governance, customer service, and operations Expertise using MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems for reporting and data analysis Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑focused mindset Six Sigma Green Belt certification Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise eligible under INA
