What You Will Own You will report directly to executive leadership and oversee: Value Stream Managers Maintenance Production Planning Supply Chain Quality

Your focus is operational excellence. You will own the cost ledger and be measured on: Safety Quality Delivery Cost Inventory

Your mission: Implement clear, measurable KPIs Establish daily accountability rhythms Clear past-due backlog and restore flow Accelerate decision-making Improve material and production flow within an aging footprint Rebuild “Manufacturing 101” leadership standards
