Hiring: Purchasing Buyer Leominster, MA | Full-Time | Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced supply chain professional to manage material planning, purchasing, and scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on inventory optimization, supplier coordination, cost control, and on-time delivery using lean/JIT principles.

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) + 5+ years in planning/purchasing Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency Experience with MRP systems (CalcuQuote a plus)

What You’ll Do: Plan and procure materials to support production schedules Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier agreements Monitor cost performance (PPV), quality, and delivery metrics Manage MRP data, purchase orders, and open order reports Resolve material discrepancies and supplier issues Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering & PM teams
