What You’ll Do As a Family & Matrimonial Attorney at Tully Rinckey, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll represent clients in a wide range of matters, including: • Divorce and legal separation proceedings • Child custody, visitation, and support matters • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements • Guardianship cases • Mediation, arbitration, and courtroom representation • Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents • Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care What We’re Looking For We're seeking candidates who bring compassion, confidence, and experience to the table: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family & Matrimonial law • Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State • Excellent communication and client-relations skills • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting • A commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence Compensation & Benefits • Associate Level: $120,000 – $140,000 • Partner Level: $140,000 – $175,000 • Additional performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Beginning January 1, 2026, newly admitted attorneys at Tully Rinckey PLLC receive a starting salary of $120,000, along with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary, rewarding productivity, excellence, and client impact.
