Job Description

As Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist, you'll report directly to the Talent Acquisition People Program Manager (TA Programs). You will support the broader recruiting team, being the first point of contact for any challenges that may arise throughout the hiring process by providing clear and consistent communication.

This includes but not limited to job postings, data audits and reporting, credential verification, etc. Prioritizing the work and managing customer expectations will be key, as well as meeting or exceeding service level agreements and completing any tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: Support the TA team with various administrative tasks including job postings, systems administrations, and general inquiries about TA policies and procedures Process, verify, and maintain talent-related data and requests Support the administration of various TA vendor tools, including maintaining seats and responding to internal requests Conduct regular audits and data quality checks across TA systems and vendor tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn) to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant recruiting or coordination experience Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask Ability to handle sensitive information with a high-level of discretion Experience building meaningful customer relationships across teams Demonstrated experience working with data, reporting, or audits in a recruiting, HR, or operations environment

Desired Qualifications: Experience with HRIS or recruiting software, such as Greenhouse ATS, Workday, and ServiceNow Experience working with G Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets Working knowledge/experience with TA and HR terminology and procedures
