Trademark Attorney (Miami)

Trademark Associate Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate in JD class years 2021-2023 for its premier Intellectual Property Group in New York, Los Angeles, or Miami. The salary range for this role is between $215k to $250k.

Qualifications 2-4 years of U.S, and foreign trademark experience, including clearance, counseling, and prosecution. Substantial experience in reviewing search reports and preparing assessments for trademark use and registrations. Experience with due diligence acquisitions and divestitures. Copyright prosecution experience is a plus. Excellent writing, communication, and research skills; team focused. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
