Job Summary
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs function. In this role, you will report to the TA People Program Manager and serve as a primary point of contact for operational and process-related inquiries throughout the hiring lifecycle.
You will assist the broader recruiting team by ensuring consistent communication, accurate data management, and smooth coordination across job postings, system workflows, audits, and verification processes. Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and customer-service orientation will be essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the TA team, including job postings, system updates, and responding to inquiries about TA policies and procedures
Process, verify, and maintain talent-related data and documentation
Support the administration of TA vendor tools, including seat management and responding to internal access requests
Conduct regular audits and ensure data accuracy across TA systems and related vendor platforms (e.g., applicant tracking systems, professional networking tools)
Uphold service-level expectations by delivering timely, high-quality support
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a related administrative role
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Experience building collaborative, service-driven relationships across teams
Demonstrated experience with data reporting, auditing, or data quality processes in an HR, recruiting, or operations environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, ServiceNow)
Proficiency with G Suite applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Working knowledge of TA and HR terminology, workflows, and best practices
Personal and/or professional experience with AAA Gaming
