Executive Director of Health & Human Services South Florida- Hollywood, Fl Area Full-Time Compensation:

$350,000 – $500,000 annually

AppleOne & All’s Well Healthcare are partnering with a highly respected and well-established healthcare organization to identify an experienced Executive Director of Health & Human Services.

Position Overview This is a senior, business-focused and service-driven executive leadership role responsible for overseeing comprehensive health, clinical, and social service operations. The Executive Director will provide strategic direction and executive oversight across multiple departments, including: • Health & Clinical Services • Elder Services • Advocacy & Guardianship • Public Health & Social Services This role requires a visionary leader who can balance operational execution with long-term strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally competent care aligned with organizational goals and community needs.

Key Responsibilities • Provide executive leadership across all Health & Human Services divisions • Oversee program development, implementation, and performance evaluation • Drive collaboration among department leaders to align with organizational objectives • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (local, state, and federal) • Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and operational performance initiatives • Oversee budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation • Ensure delivery of high-quality, community-based care • Lead and develop large, multi-disciplinary teams (50+ staff) • Manage contracts, partnerships, and service delivery models

Required Qualifications •

Doctorate Degree

in one of the following or related fields: • Health Services Administration • Public Health / Health Planning • Public Administration • Psychiatry • Social Work • Mental Health Counseling • Family Therapy • Substance Abuse • 10+ years of senior leadership experience within: • Government, public-sector, or similar environments • Health, clinical, or human services organizations • Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams (50+ employees) • Strong background in program development, healthcare delivery, or treatment coordination

Preferred Qualifications • Board-Certified Medical Professional licensed in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure) • Experience working in culturally diverse or community-focused environments
