Our

Day Habilitation RN

will teach and guide the program’s Direct Support Professionals and support our residents in remaining happy and healthy.

Your Role as Day Habilitation RN: Guide preventative care strategies for our residents Lead and educate our Direct Support Professionals Coordinate with families and healthcare providers Maintain medical documentation and oversee health assessments Create and implement wellness programs

We require: NYS RN License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with developmental disabilities is valued but not required
