Senior Freight Broker

to join a high-performing logistics team. This role is ideal for brokers with an established book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to consistently move freight profitably. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand your existing book of business with shippers and carriers Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships within your networks Source, negotiate, and secure freight opportunities daily Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments Monitor active loads and proactively communicate updates Grow and maintain a dependable carrier base Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and communication logs Quickly resolve transit issues to maintain service quality Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed monthly sales and margin targets Requirements / Qualifications 2+ years of proven Freight Broker experience with an active book of business Track record of generating
