Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time, contract opportunity is available for a licensed Massachusetts School Psychologist to support students in a high school setting in Amherst, MA. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a school-based environment throughout the current school year, with a commitment ending in June 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychological evaluation, assessment, and consultation services to support student learning and well-being
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
Conduct behavioral assessments and recommend supports tailored to student needs
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student challenges and promote positive outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts School Psychologist license (required; applicants must provide a screenshot of their license upon submission)
Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with high school populations
Strong skills in psychological assessment and intervention
Ability to work full time (35 hours per week) from ASAP through June 25, 2026
Reliable transportation and ability to complete background checks promptly
Location: Amherst, Massachusetts (High School setting)
