Job Description & Requirements Internal Medicine Physician | Adult Primary Care Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 4 or 5 day workweek Pay Rate: $220000.00 - $240000.00 A long-standing, physician-owned internal medicine practice in beautiful Asheville, NC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician (or Family Medicine physician who sees adults only) to join its thriving outpatient team. If you’re looking for work-life balance, autonomy, and a long-term home in a physician-led practice , this is the opportunity for you., Position Highlights 100% outpatient adult primary care – no hospital or inpatient work 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling Low call volume: phone-only, just 2 weeknights per month and 2–3 weekends per year Average 16 patients per day with strong clinical and administrative support Modern, well-equipped clinic using Athena EMR Stable, respected group with decades of service to the Asheville community Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $220,000–$240,000 (based on experience) Sign-on or relocation bonus available Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, malpractice, 401(k) Generous PTO plus CME allowance ($2,500 annually) Partnership opportunity after 2 years; real-estate investment option after 3 years Why Asheville?
