Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will ensure the highest levels of service to our guests.

What will you do?
Assist managers in training and development of the team
Ensure work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
Collaborate with managers concerning operational deficiencies
More about you
No college degree required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role
Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience required
Exceptional organization and guest service abilities required
1 year of Alcohol, wine and Beer knowledge
6 months experience of creativity with mixed cocktail
Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
