Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is seeking an RN to join our

Adult Outpatient (AO) Team . Whether you're a newly licensed RN or a seasoned nursing professional, this is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment supporting individuals in our community.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Provide nursing care, consultation, and oversight for Adult Outpatient clients ✔ Support treatment planning and implementation ✔ Collaborate with community healthcare providers ✔ Educate clients, families, and staff ✔ Provide medication delegation and training ✔ Advocate for individuals with complex health needs

You’ll play a vital role in promoting safe, healthy living environments for individuals in their homes and community settings.

Qualifications:

Vermont Licensed RN (LPN considered; RN preferred) 3+ years of experience in a mental health setting preferred Leadership experience preferred Strong collaboration skills across medical and clinical teams
