Job Description
Set clear daily performance objectives, plan and execute daily huddle with the team, and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts. Drive sales results and conversion by analyzing the business during assigned shifts to determine proper key performance indicators focus. Role model, coach, and provide feedback on selling behaviors, in all interactions. Meet or exceed expectations for individual selling behaviors as well as company established key performance indicators expectations on a personal level. Actively participates and consistently reads store and company communication to be current - uses Organized Outlook communication tool. Support the training, coaching, and development of the part-time team. Provide recognition to the team that reinforces positive behaviors and desired results. Utilize company programs and tools to support the training and development of the part-time Team.
