Our model combines a MenoClinic (medical, hormone, and diagnostic care) with a MenoSpa (aesthetic, regenerative, and optimization services) to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Our flagship clinic is launching in Lehi, Utah, and we are building a founding clinical leadership team that believes women deserve better, smarter, more comprehensive care.

Role Overview
The Medical Director serves as the clinical leader and steward of care for Vyta’s flagship MenoClinic. This role blends hands-on clinical expertise, medical governance, and entrepreneurial leadership to help build and scale a next-generation model for women’s midlife health.
As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical standards, ensure regulatory excellence, mentor providers, and actively shape the evolution of Vyta’s integrated care model—spanning hormone therapy, advanced diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, sexual wellness, longevity, and regenerative services.
This is a founding leadership role with meaningful influence over how care is delivered today—and how the platform evolves tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Governance
Serve as Medical Director of record for the flagship MenoClinic
Provide clinical oversight for all medical services, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care
Establish, approve, and continuously refine clinical protocols (including hormone therapy, diagnostics, longevity, and regenerative offerings)
Ensure compliance with all Utah state medical regulations, CPOM considerations, and applicable standards of care
Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs) as required by Utah law
Quality, Safety & Risk Management
Lead quality assurance initiatives, peer review, and clinical audits
Identify and proactively manage clinical risk
Support documentation standards, informed consent processes, and patient safety frameworks
Partner with operations to ensure clinical excellence scales sustainably
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Provide clinical mentorship and guidance to physicians, NPs, nurses, and allied clinical staff
Help recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing clinical talent
Foster a culture of clinical rigor, curiosity, compassion, and accountability
Strategic Growth & Innovation
Advise on new product/service lines, clinical innovation, and long-term care expansion
Collaborate with founders and leadership on productized care models, memberships, and future locations
Contribute to thought leadership, education, and clinical positioning of Vyta as a category leader
Stay current on emerging research and advancements in women’s health, endocrinology, and longevity science
Required Experience & Qualifications
Clinical Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in women’s healthcare (OB/GYN, women’s wellness, endocrinology, functional or integrative medicine preferred)
Demonstrated experience treating women across perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause (Menopause certifications and credentials preferred)
Strong foundation in hormone therapy, endocrine health, and/or metabolic health (formal endocrinology experience highly preferred but not required)
Leadership & Operations
Experience managing or supervising nurses, NPs, PAs, or other medical staff
Deep understanding of medical clinic operations, workflows, and compliance
Comfortable balancing clinical excellence with operational realities in a growing practice
