What You’ll Excel At Providing direct nursing and personal care with professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical judgment Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes Preparing and administering medications as prescribed Performing accurate, timely charting in accordance with documentation standards Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents Leading and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other unit staff Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Communicating effectively with families, physicians, and supervisors Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and facility policies Reporting safety concerns or suspected abuse immediately Schedule Options Flexible shift lengths:

7.5, 10, 12, or 15 hours Positions available:

Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem

Requirements: Qualifications Nursing degree from an accredited college or approved nursing program Current RN license Eligibility to work in long-term care per NYS HCS guidelines
