Summary CEI Solutions division is hiring a Business Analyst to help to enhance our custom software development team deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

The right candidate will have a balance of specialized BA skills, technical knowledge, client acumen, and experience to drive custom software solutions that exceed the demands of users. You will get the chance to work with a team of professionals in a fun, rewarding environment.

*A four-year college degree is required.

Business analysis skills and activities include the following: · Requirements review and clarification for the team. · Backlog creation, review, and grooming with the client / product owners. · Facilitate customer information gathering and document necessary functional and non-functional requirements. · Deconstruct large, complex requirements into organized information for developers. Act as a conduit for information from the customer to the project team. · Experience with producing use cases and wireframes. · High degree of proficiency in verbal and written communication. · Organization and time management skills.

Additional, nice to have, skills include the following: · Project management including agile techniques such as: daily scrum facilitation, weekly status reports, estimate to complete, and general project management. · Experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, or related. · Wireframing tools experience such as Balsamiq · Industry knowledge / working knowledge of software development practices.
