Pay & Incentives $22/hour $1,000 retention bonus paid after 6 months of successful employment Shift differential opportunities Full benefits package Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday–Friday schedule Every 3rd Saturday required Available shift start times begin at 12:00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound collections activities to resolve customer accounts Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers regarding financial obligations Negotiate payment arrangements and provide appropriate account solutions Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines Accurately document account activity and customer interactions Navigate multiple systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Work independently while maintaining productivity and performance standards Qualifications Prior collections experience required Mortgage servicing, banking, or financial services experience strongly preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive or challenging conversations Comfortable using multiple systems and applications simultaneously Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred What’s Offered Direct-hire, permanent placement Fully remote, work-from-home opportunity Full benefits package Consistent full-time hours Stable schedule with clear expectations Long-term career opportunity with retention incentives
