About the Opportunity We are seeking a junior trademark associate with

one to four years of experience as a trademark practitioner

(with prosecution, counseling, domestic and international enforcement experience) for our Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or New York offices.

Superior analytical skills, academic credentials, and excellent oral, writing and interpersonal skills a must.
