Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to support our Automotive & Industry business units. This is a hands-on role for a proactive HR leader who can drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers on staffing strategies
Analyze headcount, turnover, and HR metrics; recommend policy improvements
Manage employee lifecycle processes (promotions, transfers, terminations, performance reviews) and maintain HRIS records
Oversee salary administration, performance management, and annual talent processes
Support employee relations, training, engagement, and safety initiatives
Ensure compliance, maintain employment records, and represent the company in employment matters
Supervise HR team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
HRIS experience required (ADP & SuccessFactors preferred)
