About the Role We’re hiring a

Contract Corporate Counsel

for a

fast-growing technology company , with strong potential to convert to a permanent role. This position is ideal for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working close to the business and supporting complex, tech-driven deals.

Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including

licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts Support both

US and international business teams

across sales, operations, and product Advise on legal risk, contract compliance, and strategic deal structures Partner cross-functionally to enable growth while protecting the company’s legal and commercial interests Help build and scale internal legal processes and best practices as the company grows

Requirements 4–8+ years

of legal experience (tech, SaaS, or IP-heavy environments strongly preferred) JD and

active license to practice law in the US Strong experience with

commercial agreements, licensing, and IP-related matters Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
