We are seeking a

Manufacturing Support Engineer

to support

engineering changes

and

modifications

to existing HVAC products and ensure a successful transition to manufacturing. This role focuses on updating

existing designs , managing

product

data in

Teamcenter , coordinating with

manufacturing

and

suppliers , and supporting the

PPAP

and product release processes. The engineer will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to implement product improvements and ensure production readiness. Modify and support existing mechanical

product designs

to meet engineering and

manufacturing requirements Implement engineering changes and ensure the successful release of products to

manufacturing facilities Manage and update

drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs ), and product structures using

Teamcenter (PLM system) Execute and support Engineering Change Orders

( ECO ), Engineering Change Requests ( ECR ), and product releases Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth product transition into production Work closely with

suppliers

to support component changes, qualification, and implementation Support Production Part Approval Process ( PPAP ) activities and product validation Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering Use

SAP

for material management,

BOM

updates, and engineering/manufacturing coordination Provide project coordination support to ensure the timely completion of

engineering changes Make minor

design updates

using

NX

as needed (extensive CAD design is not required) Ensure product documentation and data are accurate and properly maintained in PLM and ERP systems

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in product engineering, sustaining engineering, or

manufacturing support Experience working with

Teamcenter

or similar PLM systems Experience working with

SAP. Experience supporting

engineering changes

and product release to manufacturing Experience working in a

manufacturing

environment Experience collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing teams Understanding of

BOM

management and engineering documentation
